Just like you need to have your teeth brushed regularly ( like daily!!) for a variety of good hygiene and health, your dogs’ teeth need regular attention and proper cleaning as well.

Although we are not equipped to do the type of deep scaling and cleaning your veterinarian provides, because they typically do anesthesia with their process, we certainly can do some preventative brushing and cleaning along the way.

Having us brush your dogs’ teeth while he is in the bath tub, all soapy and wet, is a perfect time to accomplish this seemingly difficult task. You would be surprised how many dogs have no objection to the process, once they realize it is not going to be uncomfortable. Besides, we have a couple of tricks up our sleeve too, like beef flavored toothpaste, which they sometimes look for more AFTER we have completed our rounds.

Having their teeth brushed as a routine can actually be cost effective, as the time span between regular deep cleaning by your vet could actually increase, thereby saving you money in the long run.
