We look forward to grooming your dog and we know they’ll love it too!
We certainly understand and appreciate that not all breeds of dogs need to be clipped and/or scissored to look and feel beautiful. We call these types of dogs our “Bath Dog” clients and consist mainly of Labrador Retrievers, Chihuahua’s, Short Haired Dachshund, Beagles, and the like.
But what theses dogs do need on occasion is a good deep cleansing, professional bath and a solid blow out of all that dead fur and skin that we just got up and mobile.
Our staff of Bathing and Prep Technicians know exactly how to
A.) Do a great job getting your dog a solid deep cleaning, while
B.) Having your dog enjoy the experience all the while.
In addition to the basics of the task they also look for and treat skin or allergy conditions when they are spotted with a conditioning bath product so that your dog will feel comfortable in their own skin, so to speak, after the conditioning is done. We DO NOT charge any extra for the initial application of a conditioner if we find the need to apply it, however when the situation warrants we will suggest a program of 3-4 follow up applications of the medicated product, and that would be additional cost to the basic bath prices.
All of our bath Dogs also get a Pet-A-Cure and a thorough final brushing before going home as part of the complete package. We are sure you will see, feel and smell the difference one of our Deep Cleaning Baths will make for you and your dog.

De-Shedding Procedure
Along the way of getting groomed, some of our furrier friends will need to have a De-Shedding of all of the dratted undercoat that may be covering your carpet and furniture, your car seat and even the walkways and driveways. A lot of that outside ‘furriness’ can and does make it into your house and we know from first hand experience, that these extra hairs all over the place is at least a nuisance.
De-Shedding is an additional cost because it adds extra time to the whole process, before we get them into the bath AND again as they are getting dried. For some dogs this can be like a blizzard of fur in the bathing areas. Our staff has no fear of the fur as thay are trained professionals who know what a difference this effort will make for you and your family, not to mention your dog. Often times we hear comments like “Wow, he looks like he lost 15 pounds” and “Is that really MY dog you got there?” as the difference can be very noticeable.
If we feel that your dog will benefit from a De-Shedding we will tell you before they go back to get started and certainly you can tell us, you want it done, especially if you have had us do it before – you know what the difference this can make.
